LUYI Bulk Cement Carrier Trailer, especially designed for portable cement plant for carrying different bulk items like cement, flour, powder, soda, ash, alumina. The aluminum powder tank semi trailer provided by LUYI draws on the advantages of similar models at home and abroad, and is manufactured with advanced technology and strict production process to ensure high quality welds, long service life and beautiful tank body.  It is suitable for conveying and pneumatic unloading of powder dry materials with diameter less than 0.1mm particles such as fly ash, cement, lime powder and mineral powder. The volume of bulk cement transport semi-trailer can be customized. We offer a variety of cement trailers with different specifications and capacities, equipped with diesel engine and air compressor.

The bulk cement tanker assembly consists of tank body, water inlet, fluidized bed, water inlet pipe assembly, cleaning port and other components. The bulk cement tanker adopts single compartment horizontal structure design, which makes the tanker's dead weight lower and improves the stability of the semi-trailer.

Introduction and Operation Guide of Bulk Cement Tanker Trailer

Maintenance and Operation of Bulk Cement Tanker

1. Break-in Period of New Bulk Cement Tanker

The correct break-in of the new bulk cement tanker trailer is of great use to prolong the service life and give full play to the functionality and economy of the trailer. The break-in period of the new bulk cement tanker is 1000 km. During the break-in period, the bulk cement tanker should reduce the payload (the payload should not exceed half of the maximum load) and drive at the speed limit.

2. Preparation of Bulk Cement Tanker Before Use

2.1. Check the tightness of the connections, paying special attention to the connections of the steering, brake, suspension, wheels and main pin

2.2. check whether the brake system is normal and whether the pipeline is leaking

2.3. check whether the tire air pressure is in accordance with the regulations

2.4. check whether the lighting system (turn signals, brake lights and tail lights) is working normally

3. Operation Guide of Bulk Cement Tanker Trailer

3.1 How to Load Bulk Cement into the Cement Tanker?

3.1.1. Tow the bulk cement tanker to the bottom of the bulk powder bin and open the pressure relief valve.

3.1.2. Open the manhole cover after venting. Make sure the inlet is aligned with the manhole, close the other valves and start loading (do not open the lid under pressure).

3.1.3. Load bulk cement at rated tonnage. After clearing the powder around the manhole, close and lock the manhole cover.

3.1.4. Clean the powder from the work platform. Close the pressure relief valve.

3.2 Precautions for Bulk Cement Tanker Operation

3.2.1. Before opening the lid, you should open the pressure relief valve to ensure that there is no pressure in the tanker. Very important!

3.2.2. Do not allow debris, blocks, etc. to enter the tanker while loading to avoid blockage of the discharge pipe.

3.2.3. When filling and discharging under pressure, always pay attention to the work of the discharge barometer. The pressure must not exceed the specified value. The safety valve must work reliably and sensitively.

3.2.4. After unloading, close the manhole cover and discharge valve. There shall be no air in the tanker during transportation.

3.2.5. During unloading, if the pressure rises above the specified value and makes the safety valve work, the ball valve should be opened repeatedly to unclog the pipeline and reduce the pressure.

If the pressure is still rising, stop and check the engine immediately.

3.2.6. The speed of air compressor should be controlled at 850-1000 rpm.

3.2.7. The semi-trailer should start driving smoothly. Do not brake and accelerate suddenly during the driving process.

3.2.8. Do not drive the trailer until the air system pressure reaches the rated safety pressure of 450 Kpa.

3.2.9. When the air hose disconnect switch is disconnected, the trailer will produce an emergency brake, which can be used in conjunction with the handbrake to enhance standing on slopes for temporary stops.

3.2.10. It is normal for a small amount of gas to escape from the exhaust port before the emergency relay valve stops working (inflation line pressure 300Kpa ~ 450Kpa).

3.2.11. Every day when the work stops, the application of compressed air will cylinder residual water and oil discharge, so as to avoid water, rust, oil scale in the brake line, causing brake failure.

3.2.12. It is strictly prohibited to stand behind the cab of the tractor when the semi-trailer is running to avoid danger when turning or reversin.
